About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our sales team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will identify client needs, provide suitable property solutions, and guide clients through their decision-making journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up support
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and marketing activities
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Preferred residency in Lekki, Ajah, or nearby areas
- Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage
