## Title: Sales Advisor

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Sales Advisor. You will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and guiding prospective students through their enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets
  • Provide detailed information about courses to prospective students
  • Advise customers on the most suitable courses for their needs
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
  • Ensure students are comfortably enrolled and settled in their selected programs
  • Maintain and manage a database of prospects and conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize outreach and promotion of courses

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related discipline

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
