## Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Summary
To drive revenue growth by developing business opportunities across corporate enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and new ways of reaching existing markets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Manage assigned customers and budget base; pursue and secure business in line with corporate objectives
- Understand OEM technologies and build relationships required to drive revenue with OEM solutions
- Develop customer value propositions for all appropriate business opportunities
- Execute consultative sales approach to distinguish market presence by effectively identifying customer needs and suggesting solutions
- Build strong understanding of target customers and assigned account base
- Develop comprehensive understanding of all service offerings to offer integrated solutions
- Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
- Research and analyse competitive and industry trends, including sales statistics, competitive pricing, and services; recommend appropriate measures
- Ensure Customer Relationship Management tools are updated on time with high-quality data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (IT/consulting industry experience is preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to understand technical concepts
