An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced RO Plant Operator with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient plant operations and maintain required water quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor the RO plant to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine checks on pumps, membranes, filters, and control panels.
  • Monitor water quality parameters (TDS, pH, conductivity, etc.) and maintain required standards.
  • Perform backwashing, chemical dosing, and membrane cleaning (CIP).
  • Troubleshoot faults and report technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5–6 years’ experience operating RO or water treatment plants.
  • HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment processes and equipment.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and basic electrical/mechanical diagrams.
