Retail Sales Clerk at Erisco Foods Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Process transactions at the point-of-sale counter
• Assist customers in locating products by reviewing inventory
• Contact other store locations to find items unavailable in-store based on customer requests
• Recommend new items to customers based on their selections
• Enter sales data and customer data into the company database
• Maintain records of special orders

Requirements and Qualifications

• OND qualification
• 2 years of experience in a related role
• Proven work experience as a Sales Clerk or similar position
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Sales Clerk

Required Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers
• Prior retail experience
