About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented individuals to join us as Retail Sales Associates in our pharmacy. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store
• Offer assistance and provide direct support to customers
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value
• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
• Attend to the unique and individual shopping needs of each customer
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Report any unusual incidents or concerns to management
• Organize backstock and perform inventory counts
• Organize and replenish front stock and merchandise displays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work and retail space
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about all products
• Help create a positive shopping environment for customers
• Take direction from and report to the assigned supervisor
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND, NCE, OND, SSCE, GCE, NECO, or B.Sc Degree
• 1–2 years of work experience
• Previous retail or sales experience in a pharmacy (advantageous)
• Computer literate with familiarity using POS systems
• Extremely personable, positive, and approachable demeanor
• Fantastic customer service skills
