About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented individuals to join us as a Retail Sales Associate at Timekeepers International Limited in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and clients with professionalism and courtesy
• Address inquiries about the company and its products in a positive and informative manner
• Manage relationships with existing clients and maximize market penetration
• Effectively serve walk-in customers and convert them into return customers through cordial, efficient, and effective customer relations
• Represent the company's interests professionally both during and outside working hours
• Promote sales and strengthen customer relationships
• Maintain current knowledge of all brands and products sold
• Handle merchandising activities
• Prepare weekly reports and provide after-sales service
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND)
• Completed mandatory NYSC program or exemption letter
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in supervisory and negotiator roles
• Good knowledge of the retail market and environment
• Experience in retail sales (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication skills at all levels with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Must reside in Lagos and surrounding areas

Working Conditions

This position requires extended periods of standing throughout the workday.
