We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Description
  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Retail Operations Manager.
  • The role involves overseeing daily operations of retail outlets, ensuring smooth store management and achieving operational goals.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing store performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading teams to meet sales targets and operational efficiency.
  • The Retail Operations Manager will also implement strategies to improve business performance and coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.Mission is to improve store standards, optimize operations, and deliver measurable commercial growth.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong skills in Retail Operations and Store Management
  • Experience in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent ability to deliver superior Customer Service
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in using retail management systems and relevant software
  • Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the retail industry
