About the Role

Aggregon Foods Nigeria Limited seeks a dedicated Restaurant Outlet Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence in the day-to-day management of our restaurant outlet. This role ensures consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences, high food quality standards, efficient staff performance, and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards
• Enforce food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service delivery standards
• Supervise inventory management through the Storekeeper to minimize shortages, wastage, or stock variances
• Ensure production aligns with the Production Guide, maintaining flexibility to adapt to operational realities
• Guarantee timely opening, readiness, and smooth closing of the outlet each day

Staff Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and manage outlet staff to achieve performance excellence and a positive workplace culture
• Draft staff rosters, shift plans, and leave schedules
• Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of junior staff
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, and promote professional growth
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and alignment with company values

Customer Service Management

• Champion outstanding customer service and ensure prompt resolution of escalated issues
• Monitor customer feedback channels (in-person, online, or survey-based) to identify improvement opportunities
• Drive customer retention by ensuring consistent satisfaction and experience quality

Financial Management

• Manage outlet finances responsibly and contribute to sustainable profitability

Reporting Structure

The Outlet Manager supervises the Assistant Manager, Supervisors, and other team members while reporting directly to senior management with key operational insights and improvement recommendations.
