About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment in Lagos. In this dynamic role, you will manage staff, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and handle finances and inventory to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Staff and Operations
- Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff
- Create staff schedules and manage shifts effectively
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
- Address feedback and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Financial and Inventory Management
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor revenue
- Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Plan menus and set competitive pricing
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness standards and enforce food safety procedures
Marketing and Business Growth
- Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and improve sales
- Organize special events such as weddings and birthday celebrations
- Evaluate and improve overall business and financial performance
Compensation
NGN 90,000 - NGN 150,000 monthly
