Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including front and back-of-house management
• Manage finances and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
• Handle customer service and resolve complaints effectively
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies

• Implement business strategy across all areas of operation

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role in a QSR environment
• Proven customer service experience in a managerial capacity
• Strong financial management skills
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as OpenTable and PeachWorks
