Educational Requirements

• Minimum: National Diploma (ND) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Catering & Hotel Management, Food Science, or related field
• Certificate or training in Customer Service, Food Safety, Hygiene, or Restaurant Operations (added advantage)

Work Experience

• At least 2–3 years experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment
• Experience supervising kitchen staff, cashiers, or waiters (highly preferred)
• Proven track record managing daily operations, inventory, and customer satisfaction

• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise staff effectively
• Customer Service: Friendly, patient, and professional approach with customers
• Organization: Efficient in staff scheduling, order handling, and record maintenance

• Basic accounting and record-keeping (sales, expenses, daily reports)

• Inventory management (stocking, reordering, waste prevention)
• POS (Point of Sale) system operation and daily sales balancing
• Ability to prepare reports using Excel or standard documentation
