About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service in line with company policies and health regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of stock
• Prepare reports and present findings to management
• Develop and implement policies to enhance productivity, staff engagement, and operational efficiency
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Address customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image
• Collaborate with management to implement marketing and promotional strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings highly desirable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant POS systems
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

What We Offer

• Monthly salary: N200,000 - N300,000 (Net)
