About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Resort Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort in Lekki/Ajah. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, smooth facility management, and strong team performance while leading a dynamic and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
• Supervise and motivate staff to deliver top-quality service
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback effectively
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with resort standards
• Work with marketing and sales teams to drive bookings and revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in hotel or resort management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
