Residential Sales Manager (Steel / Building Material) at Ascentech Services Limited

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the residential steel and building materials sector.

Location

Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth by managing sales of Nails, Quarter Rod, Binding Wire, BRC, Pipes, and TMT Iron Rod
• Regularly visit and engage with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer customers to ensure long-term partnerships
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt resolution and reporting to senior management as required
• Prepare and submit quotes to customers while following up on orders and payments to ensure smooth transactions
• Conduct market research and provide regular updates on competitor activities to management
• Travel to visit customers in Gombe, Yobe, Maiduguri, and other locations as required by the company

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or higher qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in the steel industry
• Experience handling products such as Nails, Quarter Rod, Binding Wire, Drawn Wire, BRC, Pipes, and TMT Iron Rod
