This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. As Resident Manager, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other operational areas
• Implement operational policies and service standards across the property
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and care
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Monitor budgets, occupancy rates, and service quality metrics

Education & Experience

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in hotel management
• At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager or Resident Manager in a 4- or 5-star property

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Knowledge of hotel management software and financial reporting
