About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
- Implement operational policies and service standards
- Handle guest complaints and special requests
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, and service quality
Education & Experience
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 8–10 years' progressive experience in hotel management
- At least 3 years as Assistant Manager or Resident Manager in a 4- or 5-star property
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of hotel software and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and service excellence
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation
Working Conditions
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards
