About the Role
Koins Microfinance Bank is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with our Private and SME banking clients. This position offers the opportunity to drive business growth while providing exceptional client service in a dynamic financial services environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sell loans and financial products to Business Banking clients
- Ensure clients make timely loan repayments and manage collection follow-up
- Create and maintain a robust sales lead generation pipeline
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Ensure prompt service delivery and maintain acceptable turnaround times
- Advise clients on new products and services and drive adoption
- Effectively manage and nurture relationships with all assigned clients
- Provide support to the Team Lead and broader banking team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in banking or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
