About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and mutual value, while identifying growth opportunities and managing a healthy loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and mutual value
• Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell our products and services
• Identify and mobilize clients within assigned market areas
• Collect, review loan applications and required documentation
• Conduct thorough credit analysis including business assessments, cash flow evaluation, character checks, and collateral verification where applicable
• Recommend loan approvals or rejection based on risk assessment and lending guidelines
• Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) policies
• Maintain an active, healthy loan portfolio with low default and delinquency rates
• Educate clients on our loan products, terms, and repayment obligations
