Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to infection control guidelines
• Implement and monitor infection prevention measures to minimize clinical risks
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to design, develop, and enforce infection control policies and procedures
• Educate patients, families, and staff on infection control best practices
• Track, analyze, and report on infection control issues, with recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
• NYSC participation (currently serving or recently completed)
• Training or certification in infectious control nursing
• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
