Regional Training Executive at Multipro Consumer Products Limited

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Regional Training Executive. In this role, you will serve as an in-house consultant on Learning and Capability Development, working closely with Branch leadership to identify learning needs, develop targeted interventions, and evaluate their impact on business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an in-house consultant on Learning and Capability Development issues
• Work closely with Branch leadership to identify learning needs, develop interventions to bridge gaps, facilitate implementation, and evaluate business impact
• Prepare and implement training programs aligned with the strategic objectives of the Branch and organization
• Assess training effectiveness through training quizzes and feedback mechanisms
• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to Branch Leadership on challenges identified during field accompaniments and market visits
• Manage recruitment needs and capability development of Branch resources
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing timely reports to support company decision-making
• Report insightful analysis utilizing available data and information on sales activities
• Collaborate closely with departments such as marketing and operations to ensure the sales team receives necessary resources and support
• Maintain detailed records of all activities and projects for stakeholder collaboration and timely action
• Oversee overall performance and efficient delivery of Branch expectations for both Sales and support teams

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of work experience
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative skills
• Willingness to travel as required by location
• Knowledge of sales in FMCG (preferred)
