## Title: Regional Sales Manager – Northern Region

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence across the Northern region. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, oversee field sales activities, and implement effective strategies to improve competitiveness in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and supervise sales representatives within the assigned region
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for company products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and healthcare institutions
  • Ensure brand visibility and market penetration align with organizational goals
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and promotional activities
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitors' activities within the region
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and effective resolution of customer issues

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical or healthcare sales
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and people-management skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities
  • Residency in the Northern region with familiarity of healthcare institutions
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive
  • Prior sales experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Laboratory Equipment is preferred
