About This Opportunity
Join MarbleClear Limited, a leading organization based in Kano, Nigeria, as a Regional Sales Manager overseeing the Northwest and Northeast regions. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant revenue growth and expand market presence across your assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and quotas in alignment with overall business objectives
- Drive revenue growth by managing and motivating the regional sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, sub-dealers, and wholesalers within the region
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales performance, market share, and competitive activities
- Analyze regional market trends to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
- Prepare and review the annual regional budget and ensure cost efficiency in operations
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales performance, providing insights to senior management
- Address operational challenges and provide prompt, effective solutions to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and brand visibility
- Conduct periodic performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions for the sales team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures across the region
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or similar senior sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the region
