## Title: Regional Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical

About the Role

Oakleaf Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Lagos region. This role offers the opportunity to drive regional growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and contribute to the company's strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional sales goals
  • Manage and lead a sales team to maximize revenue and exceed corporate-set targets
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
  • Coach sales personnel on selling techniques and demand generation strategies
  • Develop comprehensive plans to drive both short-term and long-term business growth within the assigned region
  • Conduct strategy presentations, seminars, and regular team meetings to educate the sales team
  • Review regional expenses and recommend cost improvements
  • Work in the field alongside team members as required
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for demand generation and sales expansion
  • Manage key accounts and relationships
  • Monitor sales representative receivables and implement strategies to minimize outstanding balances

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Biological Science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
  • B.Pharm qualification is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must reside in Port Harcourt
