## Title: Regional Project Manager – FTTH Projects

About the Role

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated Regional Project Manager to support the management and delivery of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in managing FTTH project delivery across the region
Oversee site construction, permits, documentation, and subcontractor coordination
Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery
Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance
Support process optimization and standardization of regional project execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of FTTH project management or relevant telecom project experience
Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Proficient in English and MS Office

Preferred Experience

Experience with FTTH deployment, civil works, ADSS, or figure-8 cable
Knowledge of MS Project or Power BI
