About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple store locations and lead large teams to drive business success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple store operations to ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales targets across all locations
• Lead and manage large teams across various branches, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring to drive staff productivity and engagement
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction across all stores through hands-on involvement and proactive management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field
• Proven experience managing multiple stores across different locations, ensuring operational consistency and performance
• Excellent customer service orientation with ability to ensure customers receive quality support, prompt attention, and an overall pleasant in-store experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree (MBA)
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, NIM, or related management/operations certifications
