An established company is recruiting for the following position. Description
  • The Regional Administrative/ Finance Officer will oversee all administrative and operational activities within the region, with a primary focus on the Ovim Fuel Station.
  • This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring smooth fuel sales, deliveries, inventory control, equipment maintenance, customer service, compliance, financial oversight, and staff performance at Ovim Fuel Station, along with other regional operations such as cement warehouses, fleet management, and agriculture through ovim station Admin Assistant.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities (Targets and Deliverables) Daily Operations Monitoring at Ovim Fuel Station:
  • Fuel Sales: Track and analyze daily sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
  • Delivery Operations: Coordinate and track fuel deliveries, validate invoices and monitor delivery costs.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise daily fuel dipping, reconcile inventory, and report stock levels to management.
Operational Oversight & Performance at Ovim Fuel Station:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor station equipment and ensure regular preventive maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Ensure proper staffing, monitor performance, and conduct daily assessments. Oversee staff training.
Health, Safety & Compliance at Ovim Fuel Station:
  • Conduct safety checks, enforce protocols, and report any incidents.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, including up-to-date licenses and safety documentation.
Financial Oversight & Reporting at Ovim Fuel Station:
  • Supervise daily financial reconciliation, including cash, sales, and expenses.
  • Review and analyze operational reports for improvement opportunities.
Customer Service & Satisfaction at Ovim Fuel Station:
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure high-quality service.
  • Oversee loyalty programs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication & Collaboration at Ovim Fuel Station:
  • Serve as a liaison between Ovim Fuel Station staff and senior management, providing daily operational updates.
  • Facilitate communication and resource sharing between regional sites.
Regional Operations Oversight:
  • Ensure operational efficiency across the region, with particular attention to Ovim Fuel Station.
  • Enforce company policies and best practices across all locations.
Leadership & Supervision:
  • Supervise Ovim Station Administrators and other regional staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative work environment.
