Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our growing team at RightResults Diagnostic Centre. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for registering patients, managing appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Register new patients and prepare necessary correspondences
- Answer all incoming calls, schedule appointments, screen calls, and direct to appropriate departments
- Facilitate patient flow by monitoring arrivals, communicating delays, and liaising with clinical staff
- Communicate promptly and courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face interactions
- Record and track patient inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
- Provide information to clients regarding services offered by the organization
- Call patients to reschedule appointments as needed
- Assist in preparing and sending correspondence to clients
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintain debtor records and follow up on payments
- Work collaboratively with doctors and nursing staff to ensure patient satisfaction
- Stay current with customer service best practices and developments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your Manager and Medical Director
Required Qualifications
- Minimum OND qualification
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Living in proximity to Lekki is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare sector or hospital environment
