Receptionist / Customer Relations Officer (CRO) at Fave Consulting

Job Summary

The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive an outstanding and memorable experience. You will manage the spa journey, including appointments and reservations, loyalty rewards, memberships, treatments, and retail operations. Additionally, you will handle social media accounts with campaigns aimed at achieving membership subscriptions, business objectives, and increased spa profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client data, spa treatments, timings, and appointment bookings (online and offline) on a full-time basis
• Oversee loyalty rewards and membership subscriptions
• Ensure consistency of service and safety protocols, appropriate pricing, receipt issuance, and proper completion of client forms
• Monitor client satisfaction on every interaction
• Communicate with spa manager and spa director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including purchasing requirements and client requests and feedback
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager on revenue initiatives, service enhancements, incentive programs, marketing, and brand development
• Create and manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to increase online followership, retail sales, and client loyalty
• Take photographs of clients' finished treatments for social media use
• Market spa memberships with a monthly target of 10 new members
• Represent the company at trade fairs and external events within Lagos and beyond as needed
• Manage inventory and sales for sister brand "Amali Cosmetics"
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND qualification
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry
