About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing property sales. You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales
- Promote and market real estate investment opportunities
- Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential buyers
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, prices, and developments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Familiarity with real estate laws and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ownership of a smartphone with access to social media for marketing purposes
