A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively market and sell company properties to individuals and corporate investors
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients through calls, site visits, referrals, events.
  • Educate clients on land banking, agricultural investment, and gated estate plots.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Represent the company professionally at inspections, roadshows, and promotional events
Who We’re Looking For
  • Candidates that reside in Lekki, VI or Ikoyi.
  • Have experience in real estate sales
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
