A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively market and sell company properties to individuals and corporate investors
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients through calls, site visits, referrals, events.
- Educate clients on land banking, agricultural investment, and gated estate plots.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Represent the company professionally at inspections, roadshows, and promotional events
- Candidates that reside in Lekki, VI or Ikoyi.
- Have experience in real estate sales
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
