## Title: Real Estate Manager – Port Harcourt

About the Role

Sabaplus Homes & Investment Ltd is seeking a competent, strategic, and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee operations, drive sales performance, and provide leadership across our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily operations of the company
Drive sales growth, supervise teams, and ensure targets are met
Develop and execute marketing and business expansion strategies
Manage client relationships and handle high-level negotiations
Oversee property documentation, allocation, and customer satisfaction
Prepare periodic reports and support executive decision-making

Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in real estate management or a similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results
Good knowledge of the Port Harcourt real estate market
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields (advantageous)
