Real Estate Field Verification Officer at Elevate Motion Studio

Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are expanding our team and seeking a Real Estate Field Verification Officer to conduct on-site property inspections, verify land documents, confirm coordinates, and perform due diligence across Abuja and other Nigerian states. This role demands precision, honesty, and a strong understanding of real estate documentation and verification processes. All travelling expenses and allowances will be covered by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections and verification of land and property
• Verify ownership documents (C of O, R of O, Deeds, Survey Plans, etc.) with AGIS and other registries
• Cross-check coordinates and boundary beacons with available documents
• Engage local agents, property owners, and authorities for clarifications
• Prepare clear, well-documented verification reports with photos and findings
• Travel within and outside Abuja for verification assignments

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Estate Management, Land Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of land documentation and verification procedures
• Ability to identify fake or altered land documents
• Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate
• Surveying experience or basic GPS mapping knowledge (advantageous, not mandatory)
• Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently in the field

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (Full-time) — flexibility for occasional weekend fieldwork if required.

Compensation

Base salary + field allowance + transport and verification bonuses.
