Afrihood Development Company is expanding its team and seeking a talented professional to lead content creation and community engagement across real estate and infrastructure. You will cover the entire lifecycle of property and infrastructure — investment, development, construction, technology, financing, maintenance, and community building — breaking down complex ideas into simple, credible, and inspiring content.

Your mission is to show millions how real estate and infrastructure work together to shape cities, create wealth, and transform African communities.

Key Objectives

• Establish Afrihood as the leading educational authority on real estate and infrastructure in Africa
• Educate everyday people, investors, and professionals on how to invest, develop, and build smarter
• Host high-impact live and recorded interviews with top industry experts
• Translate technical real estate and infrastructure topics into clear, relatable, practical content
• Build a massive community that trusts Afrihood for accurate, actionable real estate and infrastructure insights

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Public Engagement

• Produce daily and weekly high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the Afrihood Blog
• Host 3–5 live sessions weekly, including:
  • Market updates
  • Investment clinics
  • Infrastructure insights
  • Q&A sessions
  • Project site tours
• Create engaging on-site videos showing real development and infrastructure processes in action

Expert Interviews & Thought Leadership

• Conduct live and remote interviews with key players across the value chain:
  • Real estate and infrastructure investors
  • Urban planners and master developers
  • PropTech and InfraTech innovators
  • Engineers (roads, water, power, drainage, structures)
  • Bankers, DFIs, and infrastructure finance experts
  • Facility and estate managers
  • Government agencies and regulators
• Extract expert insights and translate them into everyday understanding
