## Title: Reader in Finance

About This Position

Federal University Oye-Ekiti is seeking a Reader in Finance to join our dynamic academic team. This is a senior academic position requiring substantial teaching experience, research excellence, and demonstrated leadership in the field of finance.

Key Requirements

PhD or equivalent qualification in Finance or related field
Minimum of six (6) years of teaching experience at university level
Minimum of two (2) postgraduate students supervised
Minimum of twelve (12) publications
At least four (4) papers indexed in Scopus journals
Minimum of sixty (60) research points from admissible publications
Minimum of forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Minimum of four (4) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibilities
Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
Two (2) favorable external assessments
Active membership in relevant professional body/bodies
Visible profile on Google Scholar or equivalent with minimum of twenty (20) citations
