About the Role

We are seeking a qualified RAN (Radio Access Network) Equipment Installation Site Engineer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will support the deployment and installation of telecommunications equipment while ensuring project quality and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the integrated solution manager in developing hardware installation guides for site-related equipment
• Support the engineering manager in formulating engineering implementation plans
• Manage on-site subcontractors and coordinate installation activities
• Collect and organize documentation related to equipment installation, debugging, and acceptance
• Implement site construction solutions and oversee site construction progress and quality

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant experience in RAN equipment installation or related telecommunications field
• Demonstrated expertise in site engineering and equipment deployment
• Proven track record in managing subcontractors and site operations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Compensation

Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
