## Title: Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Price and forecast the cost of different materials
  • Prepare documents, bills, and related documentation
  • Track changes in designs and construction developments
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure project alignment
  • Process payments to subcontractors
  • Write reports and maintain project documentation

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction management or a related field
  • Related professional courses are an added advantage
