An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
  • Must be proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, project valuation, and tendering processes.
  • Familiarity with building and construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, WinQS).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost control reports, and valuations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • Must be a registered member or in the process of registration with NIQS or any recognized QS professional body.
