Quality Assurance Officer at MeCure Healthcare Limited (MHL)

Major Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality checks on pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines
• Perform product testing and assessments to verify quality, safety, and consistency
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive QA documentation, including inspection reports, batch records, and testing results
• Participate in the development, review, and implementation of quality assurance procedures, policies, and protocols
• Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Identify and investigate deviations, non-conformances, or product defects, and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor quality performance at all stages of the production process and recommend improvements
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and validation activities
• Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance or Quality Control Officer, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• In-depth understanding of GMP, QA/QC principles, and regulatory compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining product quality and promoting workplace safety
