Quality Assessment Officer-Nurse at International Facilities Services Limited - IFS

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified health professional to join our team in providing quality assessment and facility audits across hospitals and other healthcare institutions. This is a contract position expected to last 6 to 8 weeks of monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess assigned hospitals and health facilities, developing quality scores in line with global best practices
• Lead and participate in infection prevention and control (IPC) training for hospitals
• Support the sales and distribution of specialized IPC chemicals for hospitals and health facilities
• Participate in demand-side lead-generation activities for clients
• Perform other assigned responsibilities as required

Requirements

• BSc Degree in a relevant health field
• Minimum 2 years of clinical work experience
• Computer literacy
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Newly qualified nurses with exceptional analytical and documentation skills are encouraged to apply

Remuneration

Compensation is variable and depends on the number of facilities assessed.
