About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our expanding team at Kloverharris Limited. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our ice cream production facility, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall production activities to meet set targets
• Coordinate resources effectively to achieve performance goals
• Organize production areas to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Drive focus on production quality, quantity, cost efficiency, and profitability
• Ensure planned production schedules are achieved consistently
• Monitor performance to ensure compliance with both quality and organizational standards
• Enforce ISO 22000 standards and ensure cGMP practices are followed
• Uphold discipline and teamwork within the production unit
• Take full responsibility for production performance
• Provide regular updates on production performance to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
