About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and influential Public Relations Officer to join Nine Stars Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's image, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective communication between the company and the public.
This role requires a strategic communicator with proven expertise in media relations, corporate representation, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective PR strategies that enhance the company's public image and reputation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, agencies, media houses, and key stakeholders
- Prepare press releases, speeches, reports, and communication materials on behalf of the company
- Represent the company at official meetings, events, and public engagements
- Manage and coordinate media coverage, interviews, and press briefings
- Monitor public opinion and provide strategic advice on improving the company's public perception
- Handle crisis communication and ensure timely, accurate responses to sensitive issues
- Organise corporate events, outreach programs, and community engagement activities
- Maintain an updated database of government contacts, media partners, and external stakeholders
- Support management in drafting correspondence and communication for official purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications
- Strong and verifiable connections with government officials and relevant government bodies
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
