An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: include but not limited to:

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive partnerships with healthcare providers, including hospitals and clinics.

Network Oversight: Conducting regular site visits to ensure provider compliance with our guidelines and quality standards.

Conflict Resolution: Acting as the primary point of contact to resolve disputes and billing discrepancies.

Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of national health insurance schemes are crucial.

Ensuring high satisfaction, handling complaints, and managing client relationships.
