## Title: Project Manager – Solar & Generator Systems

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in solar installation, generator installation, synchronization, and commissioning. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end energy projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee solar and generator installation projects from planning to commissioning
Manage project teams, budgets, and timelines
Ensure compliance with industry standards and HSE requirements
Coordinate synchronization and commissioning activities
Foster strong client relationships and provide technical leadership

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years' experience in solar and generator projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proven track record in project execution and delivery
