This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in construction project management. You will lead and manage construction projects from initiation through completion, overseeing all aspects of delivery including schedules, budgets, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Prepare and review contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation
• Monitor progress against milestones and ensure safety, legal, and quality compliance
• Conduct site visits, manage change orders, risks, and variations
• Provide regular reports to senior management and clients; maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in construction project management
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and contract management

Additional Information

• Salary: N600,000 net per month
• Location: Lagos, Nigeria
• Availability: Ideal candidates should be available to resume within two to three weeks
