About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Project Manager - Building at Trucrete Solutions Limited in Lagos, Nigeria. You will oversee building management, facility management, communication, building maintenance, and budgeting activities on a day-to-day basis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in building management, facility management (FM), and building maintenance
• Experience budgeting for construction projects
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification
