A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of university development projects.
  • Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Prepare project timelines, budgets, and reports, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Drive efficient project delivery and risk management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree an added advantage.
  • Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant project-management experience.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale construction or institutional development projects.
