Project Manager at The Congenital Heart Disease Foundation of Nigeria (CHDF)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This hybrid position requires a dynamic individual who resides in Lagos and is passionate about managing projects that make a tangible impact in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on milestones
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all levels
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Must reside in Lagos and be available for hybrid work arrangements
