Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural working and shop drawings using required software (SketchUp, CAD, Revit)
• Translate concepts into functional construction drawings and 3D presentations
• Outline and manage project schedules and timelines under the supervision of the project manager
• Provide on-site supervision of trade contractors and artisans until project completion and final handover
• Manage vendor offsite production activities with weekly and bi-weekly check-ins to ensure deliverables align with design specifications and timelines

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Ability to create detailed design layouts and 3D presentations
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
