About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Tetramanor Limited as a Project Account Officer. You will play a vital role in tracking project costs and reporting financial information in a manner that supports effective management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit accounts and accounts payable/receivable, including customer invoices and supplier bills
- Handle payment processing and account settlements
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Monitor and track project costs
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support budget preparation and financial planning activities
- Liaise with government agencies and external bodies to ensure timely filing and compliance with financial regulations
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Communicate with customers, management, and suppliers to resolve financial matters
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
